DTN Staffing – Labor Edge Mobile App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Labor
Edge Mobile App (the “App”) provided by DTN Staffing (“DTN,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by
these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the
jurisdictions where you seek assignments. By using the App, you represent and
warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide
is accurate and complete.
2. Description of Services
The App is designed to help healthcare and other staffing professionals:
- View and apply for open assignments
- Manage availability and schedules
- Submit timesheets and documentation
- Communicate with DTN Staffing coordinators
- Access assignment details and facility information
DTN Staffing does not guarantee job placement, specific pay rates, or availability
of assignments.
3. User Accounts
To use the App, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date
information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Restricting access to your device and account
- Notifying DTN immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse
DTN may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or
fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with App functionality or security
- Upload malicious code or files
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or DTN staff
DTN reserves the right to investigate and take legal action for violations.
5. Assignment Terms
Assignment details, including pay rates, work hours, location, and facility
requirements, will be provided within the App or directly by DTN staff.
Acceptance of an assignment constitutes your agreement to:
- Comply with the facility’s policies and procedures
- Perform duties professionally and competently
- Accurately track and submit hours worked
6. Payment & Timesheets
- Payment terms are governed by DTN’s payroll policies and any applicable
employment agreements. - Timesheets must be accurate, submitted on time, and approved by
authorized facility personnel. - Late or inaccurate submissions may result in delayed payment.
7. Privacy
Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance
with DTN’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. The App may
collect usage data, device identifiers, and location data to improve services and
verify assignment compliance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology within the App are owned by or
licensed to DTN Staffing and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may
not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without
prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services. DTN is not responsible for the
availability, security, or content of these services, and your use is subject to their
respective terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. DTN does not
guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTN is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, opportunities, or data
- Issues caused by third-party service providers or facilities
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
12. Termination
DTN may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these
Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may also close your account
at any time by contacting DTN.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without
regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in state or
federal courts located in North Dakota.
