She has a proven track record of navigating the challenges of short staffing by using creative scheduling, clear communication, and a solutions-focused mindset. With this expertise, Allie is committed to connecting facilities with the best nurses and ensuring that every client’s needs are met.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She also loves traveling, gardening, and watching basketball, baseball, and football.
