RN/LPN Retention Tiered Bonus Structure
Annual Program: October 1 – September 30
This program rewards Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for consistent contract completion and retention. Bonus amounts increase with continued service and consecutive years of qualification.
- This incentive applies only to contracts; PRN shifts do not count toward qualifying weeks.
- All bonuses are taxable and will be reported as such.
Bonus Tiers

44 Weeks | $2,000* | $4,500 |
*The 44-week bonus increases by $500 for each consecutive year of qualification, capping at an annual total of $6,500 by Year 5.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must work 44 qualifying weeks (36 hours/week) annually from October 1 – September 30.
- Up to 8 weeks off are permitted but not during June, July, November, or December.
- Must remain in good standing with no disqualifying incidents (e.g., unexcused absences, compliance issues, contract abandonment, or policy violations).
- Final determination of disqualifying incidents is at the discretion of your DTN Staffing manager.
Bonus Payment Schedule
- 10/01/2025 – 12/31/2025 → Paid 01/09/2026 | Maximum: $600
- 01/01/2026 – 03/31/2026 → Paid 04/10/2026 | Maximum: $900
- 04/01/2026 – 06/30/2026 → Paid 07/10/2026 | Maximum: $1,000
- 07/01/2026 – 09/30/2026 → Paid 10/09/2026 | Maximum: $2,000 in Year 1, with an additional $500 per consecutive year, capping at $4,000 by Year 5.
