Loyalty That Pays: DTN Staffing’s New RN/LPN Retention Bonus Program

DTN Staffing believes dedication deserves to be rewarded. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new RN/LPN Retention Tiered Bonus Program — a way to say thank you to the nurses who keep our facilities strong and our patients cared for year-round.

This program is designed to reward your loyalty, consistency, and commitment with increasing bonuses the longer you stay with DTN. Whether you’re an experienced traveler or a nurse looking for stability and great pay, this is your opportunity to earn more while making a difference.

How It Works

The program runs annually from October 1 to September 30 and rewards nurses who consistently complete contracts and remain in good standing. PRN shifts don’t apply — only contracted assignments count toward your qualifying weeks.

The longer you stay, the more you earn. Here’s a quick look at the bonus tiers:

28 Weeks $500 $2,000

💡 And it gets even better! Each consecutive year you qualify, your top-tier bonus increases by $500, maxing out at $6,500 by Year 5.

Quarterly Bonus Payouts

We know your hard work deserves recognition throughout the year — not just at the end. That’s why bonuses are paid quarterly:

  • Fall: Paid in January (up to $600)
  • Winter: Paid in April (up to $900)
  • Spring: Paid in July (up to $1,000)
  • Summer: Paid in October (up to $2,000 in Year 1, with yearly increases thereafter)

That means your dedication can turn into rewards all year long.

Who’s Eligible

To qualify, you must:

  • Work 44 qualifying weeks (36 hours/week) during the program year
  • Remain in good standing (no unexcused absences, compliance issues, or contract abandonments)
  • Take no more than 8 weeks off per year (excluding June, July, November, and December)
