Referral Bonus

Any current DTN employee can refer an CNA, LPN or RN and we will offer a $250 Bonus for your referral.

Requirements for the Bonus:
  • Applicant, when being interviewed, must mention the DTN employee’s name who referred you in order to have the person qualified.
  • Applicant, if hired at DTN Staffing, you as a new employee must complete an 8-week contract without any incidents.
  • Current DTN employee that made the referral to the new employee referred, must also be employed at the end of the new employee 8-week contract.

Refer A Nurse

Any current DTN employee can refer an LPN and/or RN we will offer a $500 Bonus for your referral.

Requirements for the Bonus:
  • Applicant, when being interviewed, must mention the DTN employee’s name who referred you in order to have the person qualified.
  • Applicant, if hired at DTN Staffing, you as a new employee must complete an 8-week contract without any incidents.
  • Current DTN employee that made the referral to the new employee referred, must also be employed at the end of the new employee 8-week contract.

 

Travel Incentive to Drive Your Own Vehicle

Drive your own car to your first assignment and receive up to .625 per mile. (Example: Drive 1200 miles at $.625 rate and receive $750!!!)
