Ross has worked in the healthcare staffing industry for over 10 years. Before getting into recruiting, he worked in law enforcement for 5 years. He is married with three kids: Weston, Kyeson, and Judson, who are his entire world. When he’s not busy with his kids and family, he loves BBQ. At one point, he had nine different smokers but had to sell all of them to get his dream smoker. He also enjoys golfing and listening to all kinds of music. Lastly, he loves to whittle and carve wood. Besides that, he’s a fundamental and easy-going guy.
